OUR CORE VALUES

-

Our aim is simple: to build better communities where people thrive. That extends beyond our environmentally conscious buildings, into our neighbourhoods and society at large.

We support our communities through offering subsidised rents and affordable homes to key workers and forward-thinking individuals, who are giving back to the community be it through charity, social engagement or outreach.

We aim for every LUX REALITY project to be built by a diverse workforce, striving for gender parity in our construction teams as part of our Built By Her campaign.

Maximum attention is given to design and quality of construction, as defined by durability and the minimum use of natural resources, including materials, raw energy and transport.

We recognise that successful communities are part of a sustainable environment. We consider ourselves to be an integral part of communities that also include our employees, suppliers and customers. We recognise our responsibility to these relationships and make our decisions with their general benefit in mind. It is our policy to employ people who share our fundamental values, while representing cultural and racial diversity.

At all levels of company activity we encourage open communication, a collaborative atmosphere and maximum simplicity in design, while we simultaneously seek dynamism and creativity.

Where achievable one of our core aims is to build state of the art energy efficient buildings, using as many recycled materials as possible.
